Product introduction
The ball mill is composed of feeding device, transmission device, rotary device, discharging device (small transmission gear, reducer, electric control, motor) and other main devices. The hollow shaft is made of cast steel, and the lining can be replaced. The rotary gear is machined by casting hobbing. There are lining plates and steel balls in the grinding bin.
- Transmission part: there are two parts: edge transmission and center transmission, and auxiliary transmission series are additionally equipped. The pinion is supported by self-aligning roller bearing and connected by elastic coupling. The reducer with hard tooth surface and medium hard tooth surface is selected according to the requirements.
- Support part: use high and low pressure hydrostatic bearing, and use spherical surface to complete automatic centering. There are two types of supports: hollow shaft support and sliding shoe support. Water cooling device and automatic temperature measuring device are set for bearing pedestal and bearing bush.
- Rotary part: the barrel of the cement ball mill is made of high-quality carbon structural steel, which is formed by automatic welding. The barrel of the cement ball mill is annealed to relieve stress and machined.
